    History


    Naval HJ Radio-Telegraphers wore an oval cloth patch. There were two patterns.

    The first pattern shows a downward pointed red bolt of lightning on navy blue for the winter uniform and a blue bolt on white for the summer uniform. It was worn on the lower left sleeve.

    The second pattern shows a Kriegsmarine anchor and downward pointed red bolt of lightning on navy blue for the winter uniform and a blue anchor and bolt on white for the summer uniform. It was worn on the upper right sleeve.
