The Merit and Management (Liaqat wa Modinyat) Decoration is awarded by the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 3 Classes in recognition of exceptional success in management and other distinguished services. Qualifying service includes actions which aid the oppressed and deprived people of Iran.
