Constructed of rayon black base, centering machine woven swastika, surrounded by woven white and red rayon threads, encircled by white threads; later production c. 1940, with standard buckram backing, in slightly worn condition.
The NSDAP Staff Leader Sleeve Insignia is in the form of a black diamond with a black swastika on a white field inside a red circle, which in turn is encircled by a thin silver border. It was worn on the upper left sleeve.
