Prior to 1933, many non-official and homemade varieties of flags for the German Youngsters (Deutsches Jungvolk = DJ) were in use, due to a lack of official regulations.
On September 1, 1934, flags for Jungbanne, Fähnlein, and Jungenschaften were officially introduced.
This fanfare flag is square shaped and shows a white Siegrune on black. It has silver-coloured fringe on three sides.
