This Order commemorates the events that resulted in the disbanding of the Janissary Army, and the events that occurred after Vaka-I Hayriye.
The title of this Order may be roughly translated to the Order of Mosque Nusret.
The obverse features the cypher of the Sultan Mahmud II.
There are versions of this medal with additional diamonds, should be considered an Order.
