Two-piece construction, in silver gilt with red and green enamels, measuring 41.5 mm (w) x 46.3 mm (h), intact enamels, on its original ribbon with dual push pins, accompanied by its 51.5 mm (w) x 15.5 mm (h) ribbon bar with clasp, dual push pins on the reverse, extremely fine.
Conferred upon Filipino citizens in recognition of meritorious service that benefits the nation, or upon a third secretary, vice consul, attache, principal assistant, or person of other similar rank.
