This medal is also known as "Bintang Kerana Lama Berjawatan dan Baik Pekerti." It is awarded for at least twenty-one years of continuous service and good conduct, in an executive position. A bar is conferred for each subsequent five years of service.
This is a six pointed star in white metal with the State Crest in a circle on the obverse. The reverse inscription "For Long Service and Good Conduct" in Jawi and English, with the recipient's name in the center. It is worn on a yellow ribbon.
