This decoration is also known as "Pingat Keberanian Chemerlang." It was awarded for acts of gallantry and heroism.
This is a round, silver medal with ring suspension. The obverse bears the State Crest above the words "Negri Sembilan" in Jawi Script, the whole surrounded by a laurel wreath. The reverse is inscribed "Keberanian Chemerlang" in Jawi with the recipient's name. It is worn on a yellow ribbon with a red and black stripe on the edges.
