An honorific order. Conferred on those of high position who are known for their excellence in any particular field. For government officers, it is only conferred upon those who are in a position of management and are at a professional level in their careers. Men's ribbons are a sash, whereas women's ribbons are a bow. This order is limited to one hundred and fifty living persons only.
