History

The Knight Grand Commander class was added to the existing order in 2003. Awarded for meritorious service to the state. It may only be conferred upon eight living persons. The ribbon colour in this iteration is red, yellow, and black. Women’s ribbon is tied in a bow.

The breast star is added here as a precautionary measure, as there is little evidence to support that it exists as a component of the order, although it would follow a pattern set by different orders of the state.
