History

This Order was instituted by Sultan Muda Haji 'Omar 'Ali Saif ud-din III. Type I is dated from 1964 to 1984, and Type II is dated from 1984 to present. There is very little information available regarding this item.

Conferred in recognition of meritorious service.

Recipients are entitled to the post nominal letters DSLJ. The obverse features an inscription.
