    The New Zealand General Service Medal (1992) was established by Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of New Zealand by Royal Warrant on May 7, 1992. It was created to recognise service in warlike and non-warlike operations for which no separate New Zealand or British Commonwealth, United Nations or NATO campaign medal was issued.     The Bronze Medal was awarded for non-warlike situations. Bronze clasps were awarded for non-warlike operations to denote where the recipient served. These clasps include:
