The Royal Oman Police Bravery Medal was instituted in 1975 and is awarded to members of the Royal Oman Police, Prison, and Fire Services in recognition of gallantry and distinguished service against the enemy. The award may also be known as the Medal for Courage, but more research is necessary.

The obverse and reverse feature inscriptions in Arabic. The reverse is translated as "For Bravery".
