History

Three Stars of Service (Seh Setareh Khedmat) Decoration was awarded in 3 Classes to members of the Iranian Imperial Police Force in recognition of meritorious service. Eligible service is inclusive of acts of distinguished leadership in action or acts of gallantry.

It is believed that 2 gilt star emblems are authorized for wear on the ribbon of the II Class Star. There may be additional ribbon devices issued with the award. More research is necessary.
