History

The Order of Faithfulness was created to reward high-ranking military officials and government ministers. Demonstrations of scientific or cultural merit were also eligible for the award. The Order was issued in 3 Classes and is believed to have been made obsolete following the fall of the Afghan Monarchy in 1973.
