History

The N.S.F.K. (National Socialist Flying Corps) founded aero-modelling groups in both the Hitler Youth and Jungvolk as a means to foster an interest in aeronautics. The Badge was awarded to members of the organisations who successfully made and flew model aircraft.

The Type II badges are composed of metal.
