The NSDAP Foreign Organisation Sleeve Insignia was worn by members of the NSDAP's "Auslandsorganisation". It is in the form of a black diamond with the gold metallic or yellow celleon embroidered letters "AO" and gold twist cord piping. It was worn on the lower left sleeve.
