The Royal Naval Auxiliary Sick Berth Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal was established in 1919 to reward personnel of the Royal Naval Auxiliary Sick Berth Reserve for 15 years or more of service. A clasp was awarded to denote an additional 15 years of service. The Silver Medal was discontinued in 1949 when the Royal Naval Auxiliary Sick Berth Reserve was disbanded.

There are 3 versions of the Medal why differ by the obverse effigy of the reigning monarch.
