The Commemorative Medal for the Royal Voyage to Brazil (1920) was awarded in commemoration of the royal visit to Brazil made by King Albert I and Queen Elisabeth aboard the Brazilian dreadnought, Sao Paulo. It was awarded to the Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, and crew of the Sao Paulo, as well as to the Brazilian and Belgian civilians on board during the voyage.
