History

This Order is conferred upon members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in recognition of exceptional merits in conflict against the enemy, for significant contributions to strengthening the defence, security and independence of the country, for notable contributions to strengthening democratic relations, and for outstanding achievements in culture, athletics, science, and economics.
