History

This Order is conferred in recognition of extraordinary achievements in combat training, the fulfillment of military duties, maintaining combat readiness and state security, and acts of gallantry.

It is awarded to military personnel, members of emergency services, senior and enlisted members of interior bodies, and members of the financial investigation bodies of the State Control Committee.

The obverse Cyril ...  lic inscription translates to "For Service to the Homeland".
