History

This medal was conferred in commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Belarus.

It was awarded for outstanding performance, and for notable contributions to the development of and strengthening the Armed Forces. Recipients included military personnel, veterans, officials of Belarus and other nations, and other individuals.

The reverse features a Cyrillic inscription.
