History

This medal was conferred in commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the State Security.

It was awarded to members of military state security bodies for outstanding performance, veterans, Belarusian and foreign state officials, and others for notable contributions to strengthening state security.

The obverse and reverse feature Cyrillic inscriptions.
