Physical Description

An eight-pointed compass rose with four longer points with ball finials, surmounting a wreath, the obverse bears a central medallion with a shield over a rising sun, encompassed by a border inscribed with TO QUOC CHI CONG, the reverse bears the inscription BOI TINH encompassed by a border inscribed with CANH SAT CHEIN CONG, with a suspension of two spear points, a pistol and a writing brush, on a green, yellow and red striped ribbon.
