Physical Description

A five-pointed multi-rayed star, the obverse exists in both red enamel and gilt, the obverse center displays a five-pointed star on a rayed background with a banner inscribed with CHIEN THANG over a cog, with foliage on either side, on a red and yellow striped frame type ribbon.

History

The Victory Decoration was given to military personnel who did not reach the minimum five year service requirement for the Victory Order, but served for at least three years.
