Physical Description

A five-pointed star, the obverse bears a circular medallion with a red and blue enamel flag in the center with a banner inscribed with CHIEN SI GIAI PHONG in red enamel, on a red and blue frame type ribbon.

History

This medal was conferred upon members of the National Liberation Front in recognition of service in the liberation of South Vietnam.
