History

The medal design is identical to the Boy Scout Commendation Medal, with additional clasps denoting the medal's Class.

The medal is awarded for donations and support beyond the requirements of the Boy Scout Organization of Thailand. The recipients must be a member of the Boy Scout Organization of Thailand, or a non-scout affiliated individual.

The clasp on ribbon is gilt and features the image of a torch.

There is Thai script on the obverse.
