History

This Order is conferred in recognition of outstanding leadership, the preparation of troops and law enforcement to ensure security and defence, and exceptional services to the military, and external and internal services. It is awarded to high ranking military personnel, troops, and management of the Armed Forces, and members of National Security and Internal Affairs.
