The Military Efficiency Decoration (Istidad-I-Harbiya) was instituted by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi in 1924. The Medal is awarded in 2 Classes to members of any rank or status of the Bahawalpur State Forces in recognition of efficient service and acts of bravery.

The II Class is composed of silver.

The obverse features an Arabic inscription which translates to "786 War Efficiency."

The obverse features an Arabic inscription which translates to "786 War Efficiency." The three digit number 786 is a chronogram for Bism'illah-e-Rahman-e-Rahim (in the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful).

This decoration is worn on a blue ribbon with six 1mm red stripes 4mm apart. It was likely manufactured by Spink & Son.

There may be an additional version of the II Class Decoration which is composed of silver and enamel.
