History

This Order is conferred upon foreign and Chinese military personnel in recognition of acts of gallantry in the interest of the Republic's national security. It is currently awarded.

The VI Class is issued on a ribbon with wide blue stripe edged in red and bordered in yellow.

This Order is also known as the Order of the Resplendent Banner.

The reverse features Chinese characters.
