History

This Order is conferred upon foreign and Chinese military personnel in recognition of acts of gallantry in the interest of the Republic's national security. It is currently awarded.

The V Class is issued on a ribbon with wide blue stripe edged in white and bordered in red. It is awarded to Senior Field Commanders.

This Order is also known as the Order of the Resplendent Banner.

The reverse features Chinese characters.
